Hello, I am Varun Manchanda, a dedicated and results-driven REALTOR® proudly affiliated with Weichert, Realtors® - Princeton. My journey in real estate began in 2003, inspired by my family's successful property ventures in New Delhi, India. With a Bachelor's degree in Business and Commerce, I went on to co-found a real estate development firm in Gurgaon, an experience that gave me a solid foundation in real estate from the ground up.
With close to two decades of hands-on experience, I offer a blend of international perspective and deep-rooted knowledge of the New Jersey market. When it comes to working with buyers, I thrive in the art of negotiation, with a keen instinct for gauging a seller's flexibility and strong, long-standing relationships with agents throughout Central Jersey.
As an active real estate investor myself, I have a sharp eye for value-add opportunities and fixer-uppers with potential. My investment passion also extends to commercial real estate, where my portfolio includes respected tenants such as Quest Diagnostics and Ivy Rehab.
